Preamble

 We, the constituents of PAMANA, Texas, in order to create an organization that embodies our ideals, provide educational assistance to underprivileged Filipinos, initiate, implement and support humanitarian and charitable projects, encourage civic responsibility, celebrate, preserve and transmit to our posterity the rich Filipino heritage, promote a closer social relationship among members, inculcate by act and deed a love of God and fellowmen, do hereby establish and ordain this Constitution and By-Laws.
